Social media analytics and listening

The National Audit Office (NAO) has awarded a contract to Fenix Media Limited T/A Pulsar via the Crown Commercial Service's G-Cloud 14 framework. The supplier will provide NAO with social listening (using Trac) and social analytics (using Core) service. The contract will commence on Friday, 12 December 2025, with an initial term of one year, ending on Friday, 11 December 2026. There are two optional 12-month extensions, which could extend the contract until Monday, 11 December 2028. The estimated total contract value, inclusive of VAT, is up to £64,800 over the potential three-year duration.
