## Description

YPO conducted an FTS tender to establish the Liquid Fuels - 1173 Framework Agreement\. The framework will run from October 2023 - October 2027 \(\+1\+1 Extension Options\)\. The framework offers Liquid Fuels, Fuel Tanks & Fuel Cards across a total of 27 Lots\. Lots 1-24 are customer collaborative Lots which are only accessible ny that customer\. They allow the option to direct award or reopen competition through a mini-competition\. Rochdale Borough Council are able to access Lot 1 \(AGMA\) call-off agreement\.The purpose of this contract is to procure the supply of liquid fuels for Environmental Management's fleet of vehicles, plant and machinery\.
