Seafront Micro Venues PCSA

Description

Tendring District Council has awarded a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to Re-Gen (UK) Construction Limited in relation to the refurbishment of the Beach Patrol and Micro Venue at Clacton Beach. The scope of the PCSA includes design development, buildability reviews, programming, cost planning, risk management, procurement planning, stakeholder liaison and preparation of proposals to facilitate the potential award of a subsequent design and build construction contract. The Council reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to proceed with the main works contract following satisfactory completion of the pre-construction services phase
