ITT273 Window Cleaning and External Cleaning Contract - AWARD

The University of Northampton is seeking an efficient, innovative, high quality window cleaning, building fabric, architectural features cleaning service, conducted in an environmentally sound and sustainable manner. The service will also include graffiti removal, high level internal glazing, signage and ad hoc cleaning of the external features of buildings, glazing or street furniture. High level guttering should also be included as part of programme of works.

The University currently utilizes a contractor that supplies 1.5 FTE to achieve its external cleaning requirements (including internal glazing.) Whilst the University of Northampton is looking for a tender based on this system, we are also open to suggestions for improved methods of running the contract.

The University requires an organisation to provide the services outlined from February 2020.
