Further Competition via Lot 1 of the CCS Project Management & Full Design Team Services Framework for the provision of Professional consultancy services to manage delivery of Herefordshire Council's planned school building maintenance programme

Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a multi-discipline service provider to plan, co-ordinate and manage the delivery of its planned maintenance programme for the county's local authority maintained schools. Planned works are included in the programme primarily on the basis of priorities defined within periodic condition surveys of each school already carried out. The programme will also out of necessity encompass an element of unplanned reactive maintenance. The requirement to deliver within a defined annual budget means that unplanned works will in some cases be included in place of certain planned works, where the unplanned work cannot be delivered from available contingency funding. The service will be based on the projected two-year maintenance programme which runs to 31 March 2023.
