## Description

Under the Refuse Disposal \(Amenity\) Act 1978 and the Clean Neighbourhood and Environment Act 2005 the Authority has a responsibility to collect abandoned vehicles within its administrative area\. Therefore the Authority is looking to re-tender a Contract to continue to provide this Abandoned Vehicle Service\.
