Description

Provision of a diagnostics service to support our delivery across two client programmes. The services will support the following outcomes: WMIN: 1. Provide SME input to the development of current OBC 2. Undertake analysis of TOM 3. Share learning from TOM review with WMIN programme 4. Undertake engagement sessions with SME's/ Stakeholders to validate TOM 5. Establish cost benefit for TOM 6. Undertake affordability assessment. 7. Advise finance lead with relation to financial case for change 8. Baseline TOM and technical attributes associated therein LSC Diagnostics 9. Provision of SME expertise across imaging & pathology solutions 10. Provision of SME input with relation to Pathology solutions 11. Work with stakeholders(MLCSU DT, LSC & Providers); to develop road map and provide challenge to assumptions and planning which is in train 12. Ongoing stakeholder engagement & deep dive engagement with providers which surfaces. 1. Risk 2. Appetite for change 3. Blockers/ impediments to change 13. Provision of reporting back into Programme which defines road map status
