Description
NOTE: This notice was updated on 16 September 2025 for the following reason: Notice of Contract Modification - Contract Change Note (CCN) 005. SLC have modified the Systems Integrator contract and the associated software requirements, including the core outcome to deliver the Student Finance Platform, the LLE Solution Design. This has been extended (justified by use of PCR Regulation 72(1)(e)) to add functionality to enable administration of all student finance products. Contract extended to 30 April 2027. Total value of CCN005 is £18,990,000. Revised Total Contract Value is £44,354,437.(SLC requires a Systems Integrator who will lead on and manage the delivery of the LLE Programme and associated software requirements, aligned to the proposed delivery structure in line with policy specifications, regulations, business need dates and the LLE Solution Design.)
