Worcester City Council is inviting Tenders from Suppliers for the provision of free Wi-Fi and Footfall counting in Worcester city centre..

The Appointed Supplier will be responsible for carrying out at its expense all activities and operations necessary for the provision of Free Wi-Fi and Footfall counting in Worcester city centre in accordance with the Specification and the Appointed Supplier's Proposal. In the event of any conflict between the Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract and the Appointed Supplier's own terms and conditions of contract, the Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract shall prevail.

The duration of the Contract will be for three years from the Commencement Date and the Council may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract for a further 12 months up to a maximum of three years by giving 1 month's written notice to the Appointed Supplier.
