## Description

Provision of a fully Managed Solution for Barnsley Council to support the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund \(SHDF\) Wave 2\.1 bid opportunity for Council housing, and the provision of ECO4 funding across all private sector housing tenures\. This is not a fixed price contract\. The contract has a maximum value of £7m over the duration based on the expected level of works to be installed in the currently funding for SHDF W1, SHDF W2, LAD3, HUG and ECO4\.
