## Description

The University is formalising a franchise agreement with Costa Limited to open and operate an outlet at its Wulfruna Campus\. The franchise is expected to run for 5 years \(with a 5 year extension option\) over the course of which purchases of branded products will be made from the franchisor and its nominated suppliers\.
