Affordable Housing Framework - Plots 5 & 6 Townhill Park Estate

This opportunity is being offered to all the Affordable Homes Delivery Partners that have expressed and interest in the sites.

The Council is keen to maximise the sites' potentials and gain as much social rented properties as your schemes will allow, whilst ensuring your schemes are financially viable.

This first tender is for Plot 5 @ circa 2.57 acres & Plot 6 @ circa 0.42 acres in the Townhill Park Estate. Please note these plots will be released as one and the successful Delivery Partner will be required to take both plots and progress them in tandem or as close to as your delivery programme will allow.
