## Description

The project team are looking to award a second contract for the Windermere diversion tunnel project, which replaces the CSF PSC that is in place with JBA Consulting for work they undertook in 2023/24\. The first piece of work essentially answered the question of whether or not a pipeline can be effective in reducing flood risk
