Description

Croydon Council is seeking to engage contractors for the provision of Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS) (Lot One) and Mediation/Dispute Resolution Service (Lot Two). To support children and young people with SEND and their families who may be seeking information, advice and support and provide a mediation and dispute resolution service between families and the Council.As set out in the SEND Code of Practice it is be practice that these two services should not be provided by the same supplier in order to ensure maximum objectivity across the two distinct areas of service provision. The Council will seek to award a contract in the form of separate lots. The award of each lot will be awarded to different providers. PROVIDERS WILL BE PERMITTED TO APPLY FOR ONE LOT ONLY. Lot One - a single supplier to deliver a Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice & Support Service (SENDIASS) (Lot 1) = £75,000 per annum Lot Two - a single supplier to deliver a SEND Mediation and dispute resolution service - (Lot 2) = £25,000 per annum
