## Description

High level summary of the project includes: Undertaken roof repair as there are leaks throughout\. Installation of roof insulation and suspended ceiling\. Upgrade of all glazing and doors \(including fire doors\)\. Strip out of existing M&E services/plant\. Installation of VRV/VRF system and ASHP\. Upgrade of all lighting and ensuring complete electrical installation is ATEX/DSEAR compliant\. Note, a Stage 3 design and report will be provided and we would expect a stage 4 design/report before we progress with the build stage\.
