## Description

Design & Build new Police Station to serve the Huddersfield and wider Kirklees district\. Additional information: This contract has been let using the Scape Construction call off framework\. The contract consists of building design through to construction delivery\. All stages of both design and construction will be subject to rigorous affordability checks prior to proceeding to subsequent stages\.
