Rochdale Council grows and produces all its own spring and summer bedding plants, hanging baskets and planters for use in its Parks, Cemeteries, Town Centres, Streets and some items for public sales. We need a supplier for horticultural sundries for the production of bedding plants, hanging baskets, pot plants and planters.
