Cafe and Conference/Meeting Room Catering at The London Borough of Barnet's HQ in Colindale

The London Borough of Barnet (The Authority) seeks to appoint a Provider to operate a cafe and conference room catering service in its headquaters office in Colindale. The two services will be awarded as individual lots under which prospective bidders can bid for one both of the Lots at their discretion. LOT 1: CAF? FACILITY AND SERVICE The Authority seeks to appoint a provider to supply, install, maintain and operate a cafe facility in the ground floor entrance foyer of its flagship office in Colindale. The cafe will serve hot and cold food and beverages for to up to 2,100 staff and in addition, it will be accessible to the public and passing trade. LOT 2: CONFERENCE & MEETING ROOM CATERING The Authority also seeks to appoint a provider to deliver ad-hoc catering services for its conference and meeting room facilities. The provision of cold food and hot and cold beverages will be required to serve two large conference suites and three core meeting rooms. The site also has an additional 41 rooms for which catering will be required on an ad-hoc basis to cater for events and conferences.
