## Description

SPEAR Spontaneous Protection Enabling Accelerated Response training will be delivered as a train-the-trainers qualification which is for HMPPS staff\. The training will be delivered to ORRU \(Operational response and Resilience Unit\) and will then cascade to establishments via local Instructors\.
