The writer should be able to handle a variety of cassettes and print in a clear and legible fashion on commonly available types of cassette or a competitively priced specific variant \(with guaranteed continued supply chain\)\. The equipment needs to be computer controlled with an easy to use user interface\. The application software must be compatible with a windows operating system \(currently windows 10\), in addition the software should be adaptable to future operating systems with available updates over the coming years \(a short statement on this is welcomed\)\.
