Pantomime Production Services

Reading Borough Council are completing a Concessions ITT exercise for the provision of Pantomime Production Services.

Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full documentation delivered through this portal. Documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website by selecting the 'View Details' button for the project.

Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 27th October 2021 @ 23:59 GMT.

Additional information: The concessionaire will have access to The Hexagon (Queens Walk, Berkshire, Reading, Reading RG1 7UA) for approximately 4 weekends per annum over the full period of the concession. The period from Saturday 3 December 2022 to Sunday 1 January 2023 remains reserved for Pantomime. A similar date window will be available for 2022/23 and 2023/24 pending discussion and agreement following the production in 2024/25 and 2025/26. This means that through the concession, the concessionaire will receive approximately 40 days of access to the Hexagon. When submitting your bid for this concession, you should ensure that your offer is sufficient to account for the market value of this access.
