TfL ERP Client-Side Programme Partner Services

Description

This request relates to the Enterprise Resource Planning Programme, in particular the mobilisation of the Core ERP SAP S/4 HANA upgrade and associated improvements. The ERP programme is improving our processes, systems and associated ways of working to ensure we can continue to operate our business-critical processes in HR, Finance, Procurement and Operations beyond the end of life date of our current systems (2030). The move to SAP S/4 HANA within the ERP programme is a complex undertaking that will take until 2027/28 to deliver. To help navigate this complexity as we mobilise the project, we require a support partner who can provide independent advice on project scope, requirements and implementation approaches using a third party.
