Work description
The Foundation wishes to commission technical support services from a suitable organisation to facilitate and maintain the operation of the Excellence Gateway. The successful organisation will work with the hosting company to ensure the sites are secure and perform well, meeting the acceptance level laid out in an agreed Service Level Agreement.
