Work description
Peak District Rural Housing Association (PDRHA) manage 225 properties in rural areas of North Derbyshire into Staffordshire. The 4 main concentrations are in Ashbourne, Bakewell, Buxton and Matlock. The requirement is to provide a range of property maintenance services including: - Responsive Repairs (incl. Out of Hours) - Voids - External Redecoration - Window & Door Replacement - General Planned Maintenance
Initially excluded, but will be considered on expiry of current contracts are: - Kitchen & Bathroom Replacement - Gas Servicing, Repairs, Boiler Replacement - EICR certification
Quantification and Contract Length Based on recent activity there are circa 700 Responsive and Void jobs per year and committed budgets allocated to planned and improvement works. Historic spend is circa £140k pa.
This work has previously been contracted ; the current agreement expires in March 2017. Previously only responsive repairs were included; the scope has now been extended to include the varieties of planned maintenance and improvements. The proposal is that we now award a new contract for 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2. The contract form will be JCT Measured Terms.

Initially its the PQQ which follows PCR 2015 structure updated by the CSS in September 2016 The most appropriate submissions will be invited to the tender stage by early February
