Provision of an External Audit Service to Council Owned or Jointly Owned Entities

The Council has established a number of separate entities in order to pursue its aims and objectives; an LLP (with a wholly owned subsidiary), a jointly owned limited company, a wholly owned housing group, and two wholly owned Local Authority Trading Companies. The audit services required are presented as four separate lots, reflecting each of the specific entities or groups. Potential suppliers may tender for individual lots or multiple lots.
