Description

CHP is registered with the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). As a registered provider of social housing, CHP is regulated by the RSH (or its successor). The RSH requires providers to adhere to its Regulatory Framework for social housing in England. CHP is seeking to appoint an Auditor to provide Leaseholder Actual charges certification services (the Services) for itself and partners, to be completed by mid-August each year.. The contract will be for five (5) years with the option to extend for up to a further twenty-four (24) months. The anticipated start date is July 2023.
