Fusion21 Building Improvements Framework

Description

Fusion21 is looking to retender its current Building Asset and Improvements Framework which expires in December 2023 and thereafter launch a new Framework. It is expected that the new framework will be split into lots, the scope of which is to be defined at a later stage, a provisional lot structure has been included within the Additional Information section below. This PIN notice is being used to engage with the market to support Fusion21 in shaping the new framework, ensuring it is fit for the marketplace over the next 4 years.
