## Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council wishes to appoint a specialist consultant to assist the Council with the development of a strategic business case to provide a framework for decisions and to support our actions to secure 3 sites to develop as Sport Hubs with an emphasis on Football Centres of Excellence\. It is anticipated that the Strategic Business case will be presented to Management Board in February 2019 and the appointed consultants will need to work quickly with officers to formulate a case that takes account of the current and emerging Local Plan and supporting strategies\. KEY DATES AND TIMETABLE Expressions of Interest - by 12:00pm on Monday 26 November 2018 Submission Deadline - by 12:00pm Monday 3 December 2018 Evaluation and appointment - by Monday 10 December 2018 Inception meeting - Week Commencing 7 January 2019 Draft report - by week commencing 11 February 2019 Final report and presentation - Week Commencing 11 March 2019
