Switching Programme -Programme Assurance & Advisory Support

Description

Ofgem is looking for expert consultancy support to provide the programme with independent advice and assurance on the ongoing Blueprint & Detailed Level Specification phase delivery in addition to the planning and mobilisation for the Enactment phase. Specifically providing the following: 1. Support ongoing assurance of the Switching Programme as defined in the Programme's Integrated Assurance and Approvals Plan (IAAP). 2. Support to PMO and programme leadership team with planning and preparation for IPA assurance activities e.g. Gateway reviews 3. Support and challenge the detailed development of the timetable for the remaining stages of the programme through to implementation, based on detailed knowledge of stakeholders and industry processes.
