## Description

Energy Management Database, to enable the Council to manage all energy and water contracts data, carry out monitoring and targeting sites on their consumption and cost and produce management reports for service areas\. As well as access to an energy portal for customers such as schools, academy trusts, town councils and the fire authority\.
