GB-Colchester: Redevelopment of St Nicholas Square

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the work covered by this Specification comprising the redevelopment of an existing site into a public realm. The site is located at the rear of St Nicholas House and adjacent to St Nicholas Street and Culver Street East. The works shall comprise of mechanical & Electrical; Installations, Reinforcement, Balustrade works a tree bench. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Colchester Borough Council has previously advertised for these works and would welcome bids from previously interested parties as well as new interested parties. Please note that the Social Value element of the tender return is issued to a separate portal.
