Multidisciplinary Panel - Inspection of HCA owned tall buildings (over 18 metres or 6 floors) for presence of ACM cladding

To identify whether any panels used in tall new build or refurbishment of the building are or appear to be made of Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) or any other material which is known to be similarly combustible. To identify whether there are any other features of the exterior of the building that ought to alert a freehold owner who is not in possession of the property to make further enquiries of the party responsible for its maintenance, repair and management including compliance with statutory obligations.
