Pavements Shopping Centre Viability Assessment

Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking consultants to prepare an options appraisal of the Pavements Shopping Centre. The centre is located in Chesterfield Town Centre and consists of a range of retail, leisure units in a covered mall setting with multi-storey car park and facilities.\r \r The study is intended to provide an analysis of the present use of the centre from a commercial perspective and undertake an assessment of the potential of the centre, including the surrounding public realm and how it contributes to the wider town centre.\r \r This contract is due to commence on the 3rd January 2023 for a 14-week period
