Walsall Council (the Council) wishes to invite potential providers to submit leasehold offers for two individual plots of land for potential advertising at the following locations: Walsall Council Car Park Upper Rushall Street, Walsall Walsall Council Car Park Long Stay Car park, Abelwell Street/Tantarra Street, Walsall Bidders can bid for a single site or on both sites.
