## Description

Wandsworth Borough Council received expressions of interestfor the provision of: Lot 1: Servicing and Maintenance of Emergency Lighting in Residential Housing Blocks\. Lot 2: Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Automatic Smoke Ventilation Systems in Residential Housing Blocks\. The fixed term for each contract will be five years with a possible further mutually agreed extension for up to 2 years\. The planned commencement date for both Lots is 2nd April 2016\.
