Barnsley Councils Adult Joint Commissioning Team, (acting as lead commissioner and working in partnership with the Barnsley Clinical Commissioning Group (BCCG)), is commissioning an 'Adult Community Support and Enablement' (ACSES) Service for people experiencing mental ill health.
