Green finance and long-term income model for Community Forests

As part of our strategic approach we have been assessing opportunities to make better use of the range of payments for ecosystem services that are available for woodland establishment and management in particular.\r As government guidance on these payments has developed we wish to assess how we as Englands Community Forests make the best use of these emerging opportunities. Whilst we have a range of experience in for example the use of carbon funding and biodiversity net gain we do not have any tools to assess options nor to look at how stacking and bundling of grants PES and sales of timber and traditional non-timber forest products can be assessed.\r Please refer to The Chest www.the-chest.org.uk for the tender documents.
