Blackbrook Road \(Blackbrook\) 4\. Broad Oak Road \(Parr\) 5\. Crank Road \(Rainford\) 6\. Haydock Street \(Newton West\) 7\. Liverpool Road \(Haydock\) 8\. Rookery Drive \(Rainford\) Carriageway Resurfacing Works 2022/23 \(Bulk Tender Number 3\) Lot B At the following locations: 1\. Clock Face Road \(Bold & Lea Green\) 2\. Farm Road \(Bold & Lea Green\) 3\. Gaskell Street \(Peasley Cross and Fingerpost\) 4\. Honiston Avenue \(Rainhill\) 5\. Prescot Road \(West Park\) 6\. Sandy Lane \(Bold & Lea Green\) 7\. Warrington Road Phase 1 \(Rainhill\) 8\. Warrington Road Phase 2 \(Rainhill\) 9\. Willow Tree Avenue \(Bold & Lea Green\) Bidders must apply for both Lots\. We intend awarding each Lot to different Contractors\. If the same bidder has the highest cost/quality score for both Lots then: one Lot will be awarded to the bidder with the highest cost/quality score and the other Lot awarded to the bidder with the second highest cost/quality score\. If the same bidder has the highest cost/ quality score for both Lots, the Lot which will be awarded to the bidder with the second highest cost/ quality score will be the Lot which has the lowest difference in price\.
