Description
A report assessing the socio-economic benefits to Harlow and the surrounding areas (the social return on investment from the Programme), which should include (with potential to add in flight of product development); - An assessment of the current demographic and economic status of Harlow and the surrounding areas; - The potential social and economic benefits to Harlow and the surrounding areas that would be enabled by delivering the Science Hub; - Quantifying the potential range/scope of those benefits and identifying whom they would fall to in the first instance; - Documenting the dependencies and risks to those benefits, including potential dis benefits to the area and any actions that should be taken by the Programme; - Identifying ways for the Science Hub Programme to monitor benefits during the delivery of the Programme (e.g. any leading indicators) and to inform a future evaluation of the benefits delivered to Harlow.
