AACE Requirements for 2023_24:  Full Members Subscription                                         £84,000.00  ALF Conference (packages) x 36                               £10,000.00  Consultancy Services Supplied by Martin Flaherty    £10,000.00   Full Members Subscription - This is a re-occurring annual full members subscription for the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives.  The Association of Ambulance Chief Executives provides commercial support services that help its clients find answers to specific issues, whilst increasing efficiencies and improving quality and outcomes.  As the UK's representative body for public sector ambulance services, AACE is ideally placed - with all of the right contacts and expertise - to help facilitate the sharing of best practice and the provision of high-level advice and guidance to any organisation involved in the delivery of urgent or emergency healthcare.  ALF Conference - AACE is delighted to announce that the venue for their Ambulance Leadership Forum will be Celtic Manor in Wales.  It will take place on 2-3 October 2023.  An expert range of presentations, insights and debate from all parts of the UK ambulance sector, as AACE continue their commitment to improving ways of working, delivering better patient care, and providing staff and volunteers with the support they need to do their jobs.  This is the approximate cost of 40 delegates attending this conference which includes the conference package and overnight stay.  This also may include delegates attending the Women in Leadership event that occurs at the same time/venue.  Consultancy Services Supplied by Martin Flaherty - Martin will provide advice/support to the Trust at least 5 times per year at a cost of £2,000 per session.
