Soft Market Test for a number of bespoke training requirements for Cornwall Council's Community Independence Team

Cornwall Council's Community Independence Team are looking to procure a bespoke suite of learning that suits the Learning and Development needs of Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants. These ‘Community Independence Teams’ are in place within Cornwall Council to: • provide specific, time- limited interventions aimed at increasing or maintaining levels of independence and wellbeing. • To work with customers to adapt their environment in order that they can remain in their own homes and carry out their chosen activities safely. • To undertake occupational therapy functions, including the statutory function of assessment under the Care Act 2014 and the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. • To provide rehabilitation for Sensory Loss.
