CP 1241 -15 Okehampton East Business Park Landscaping

landscaping and structured planting is required at Okehampton East Business Park to take place within the 2015/16 planting season and prior to the 31st March 2016 to satisfy planning conditions.

The landscaping consists of clearance site preparation and seeding and planting for- 2155 MSq of wild flower seeding, 31 specimen feathered trees, 16 native shrub plants, 2396 structure plants, 358m of hedge planting The supply and installation of 2 Hibernaculum’s and 12 bat/bird boxes. 39105 MSq of regular grass cutting 8582 MSq of Ecologically sensitive rough grass cut.

There will be an ongoing 5 year maintenance requirement starting from the 1st of April 2016 and running until the 31st of March 2021 which will include maintenance of the above areas plus 8582 MSq of Ecologically sensitive rough grass cut.
