Cambridge City Council - Outplacement Services

Cambridge City Council is currently undergoing a leadership restructure which is planned to receive formal Council approval at the beginning of March 2023. The posts included in the restructure are Director and Head of Service level in a District Council. The salary range for Director is up to c.£105k and for Head of Service is up to c.£81k. The individuals are experienced professionals in a range of disciplines and have varying career paths to date. Some individuals have significant length of service within the Local Authority context. As a result of the proposed changes some individuals will wish to consider options including outside Cambridge City Council. We would like to assist them with reviewing their options and preparing for opportunities outside the Council.
