## Description

The Homes and Communities Agency \('HCA'\) is seeking to appoint a Monitoring Surveying \(MS\) Firm from its national Property Panel to provide initial due diligence and bi-monthly project monitoring services in respect to sites which could be transferred into a Joint Venture \("JV"\) between the HCA and a medium sized national house builder \("house builder"\)\.
