## Description

The Council is seeking tenders from General Building & Construction Contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a Framework agreement to carry out minor works in client's own homes prior to hospital discharge\. The works required are small jobs that require Contractors to collect\*/supply/repair/secure and or fit/fix \(unless otherwise instructed\) pieces of equipment in client's own home as requested from clinical staff, following clinical assessment on expected hospital discharge of the client\. The clinician will write a referral and specification/drawing signifying the fit/fix position in the client's home for the successful Contractors\.
