Work description
Citizens Advice County Durham are seeking to procure a Referral and Website System which helps support the work of Advice in County Durham (AiCD) through the provision of the following key areas of functionality: • A secure referral system which allows authorised users to send referrals to AiCD agencies within the system; • A mobile responsive external facing website which displays information relating to AiCD members which authorised staff can update via a content management system
