Framework for Construction Consultancy Services including Employer's Agents & Architectural Services

Selwood Housing is looking to select appropriately experienced and qualified Providers to enter into a Framework Agreement with the following Lots:Lot 1 - Employer's AgentsLot 2 - Architects and Planning Consultants;The Authority proposes to include 5 or more Providers for each of the above Lots.The framework will be for 4 years commencing in January 2017.The procurement is being conducted under the restricted procedure and the PQQ is available to all interested economic operators to download from the Selwood Housing website using the stated URL.The closing deadline for the receipt of PQQs is 1pm on 3rd August 2016.
