Building Surveying Services for St Helens Council

The Council is seeking to create a framework of up to four Building Surveyor Consultants for this consultancy service. The Council will expect the appointed Consultants to work closely and proactively with the Councils teams with the intention of creating collaborative working relationships; so that any Consultant will function as an extension of the Council team focused on the same values of efficient delivery of service and customer satisfaction.
