Work description
Loughborough University has a requirement to procure a Multichamber thin film deposition system with STM/AFM that will integrate with a NanoFrazor Scholar AFM lithography tool (housed in a specially adapted MBRAUN glovebox), for the preparation and characterisation of a wide range of thin films and thin film devices.
