Applications were invited from outdoor caterers who wished to be considered for the provision of a mobile Ice Cream concession at Saltwell Park\. Concessionaires were offered the opportunity to operate daily at this site and in return the Council requested that concessionaires bid for the right to trade in Saltwell Park for the proposed period 01/06/2023 - 31/05/2024\. The quotation process was carried out using the NEPO portal https://www\.nepo\.org/
